The only way to move forward
The world doesn’t stop — but sometimes it sure feels like it forgets about you.
You sit there, wondering why everyone’s obsessed with "adding value" like they’re trying to sell themselves on the stock market. And here’s the kicker: no one knows what that value even is.
People defend their meaningless jobs with the passion of a gladiator — because deep down, they know they’re just filling a void that shouldn’t even exist. It’s theater. One giant stage play where everyone’s pretending not to see the props wobble and the director having a breakdown backstage.
So, what’s the only way?
1. Stop lying to yourself
Let me tell you the truth that might be a bit sorrow but it is what it is —- people aren’t confused they are just afraid . Afraid that if they take a break and really analyze and think about what they are doing , they’ll realize that they are just working on someone else’s script , a script that they dont want to act upon but they do because they are afraid . School , College , Job, Promotions just to have a tombstone that “He added the value the world needed”
Let’s be honest — you were born into this world not as a “resource,” not as an “asset,” but as a chaotic blob of cells with potential. Somewhere along the way, someone handed you a resume template and said, “Fit in here.”
That’s where the lying began.
2. The society is nothing but a looped Delusion
The system basically just works and by works i mean “ it just keeps the folks busy enough that they don’t get enough time to ask real questions. You create work to distract yourself from the fact that the work doesn’t need to exist in the first place.
3. The only way is the bitter honesty
We can just break out of this looped dilemma and the only way possible is just to stop pretending.
You don’t owe the world anything but you do owe yourself the truth and the truth is :
- You don’t have to add value if it’s costing you your soul.
- You don’t have to impress a society that’s just as lost as you.
- You don’t have to chase a purpose someone else defined.
You just have to wake up, look at yourself in the mirror, and be able to say:
“This is who I am. No masks. No filters. No LinkedIn bio nonsense.”
That’s rare. That’s radical. That’s rebellion.
And if you want to add value —
Then let it be something real , something that belongs to you and something which you deeply love and matters to you and just you . Write stories, post blogs, code products , build tools and so one . Teach someone, Help the world be a better place quietly without trying to make it your “personal brand” because the contributions you make should feel like breathing and not branding
